Perfect Blue started off in the Summer of 2001 as a bedroom project in Manchester. The name came about after watching a Japanese manga film of the same name. The music was initially dance orientated and after a few cds were sent out, Perfect Blue were being aired on the BBC. Fast forward to 2006, a chance meeting between two old friends saw new ideas brought to the fore and since then, the music has somewhat evolved into a trip all of its own. Perfect Blue are currently exploring unchartered territories and right now anything's possible. An EP is due out shortly on Lona Records.
